Bow the wrist
Created by Ned Lloyd
The task
Pick a target and set up to the ball with a mid-iron. Take a normal, neutral grip. From the top of the backswing, feel the club face squaring up early as the front arm rotates and the lead wrist bows. Exaggerate the feel so that it feels as if the club face is extremely shut, and you will hit big pull hooks.
