The task
Step inside a theraband, placing it around the legs just above the knees. Feel the tension of the knees against the band - push the knees against the band to make them feel wide. On the backswing and downswing, feel that the tension in the band is maintained. On the downswing in particular, feel that the stretch is increased as the right knee stays back through transition.
