The task
Using a different club each time, set up to a ball in your normal stance. In slow motion, take three swings; the first should represent your best swing, including all of the movements and feelings which you are working on with your coach. The second should represent your worst swing, including all of your usual faults and issues you are trying to get away from. The final swing should once again be your best swing.
