The session

Our training sessions are designed to be challenging and fun. We build in variability and randomness into every session - this helps you to avoid mindlessly hitting ball after ball, and makes the session more interesting and engaging. The challenge resembles more closely the randomness of a golf course, which helps to stay engaged. Importantly, the variability and randomness makes training more difficult, and the harder your brain has to work, the more efficient and effective the training session becomes.
